looking forward

Wow, so for my blog-viewing world (which has probably completely disappeared since it has been so long), I have been embarking on my new life since december-ish (and for those close to me, it's been a long time coming). I now live in an apartment with just my kitties, and I've been forced to take a close look at myself, which I guess comes from having no one next to you to place the blame on for those little problems encountered daily. :) So, I am happily, freely, finding my way on my own. Breathing more easily, surrounding myself with people who bring out the best in me, and allowing myself to be me.

I plan to post a couple more things today, but figured I should start with this first one, just to fill people in on my state of mind and place.
